Enica int., poslovne rešitve d.o.o. (the “Company”, “we”) acts as the data controller and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of website users’ personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovenian law.

  • Documents uploaded through the client account (including passports and other identity documents)

  • Maintaining your client account
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

We only process your data where we have a lawful basis. Depending on the purpose, one of the following bases under Article 6 GDPR applies:

  • Consent — contact forms, enquiries, and marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract — delivering consultation services and handling your immigration case.
  • Legal obligation — retaining accounting and bookkeeping records for the periods required by law.
  • Legitimate interest — keeping the website secure and preventing abuse.

5. Recipients and Processors

To deliver our services we rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

  • Google LLC (Gemini) — automated text recognition (OCR) of uploaded documents and AI chat.
  • Telegram — routing of enquiry notifications.
  • Hosting provider — hosting the website and storing data on secure servers.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. International Transfers

Some processing (document OCR, AI chat) may occur on Google servers outside the EU (USA), under Google’s Data Processing Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses / the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provide an adequate level of protection.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the consultation and the service relationship, and to meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting). Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
